From Android tablet how do I print to my HP ENVY Photo 7155 via Wi-Fi Direct? Tablet & Printer can connect wifi direct but can't figure out how to print that way. Received notification after printing over wi-fi LAN, suggesting using Wi-Fi Direct.

@darkNEskies, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are trying to connect the printer to the Tablet. Wifi Direct is used if you do not have a wireless router. If you have a wireless router, use the WPS method to connect the printer - Wireless Printer Setup.

Note: There will be no internet connection on the Tablet while connected via Wifi Direct.

The default password is 12345678. Once connected, use the HP Smart app to print. Download it from the Play Store.
