Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an HP Envy PC and  Canon Pixma TS5020 printer.  problem:  I cannot print anything from the internet on my PC or my Ipad.  The printer functions correctly but the pages are blank.  It will print a word document from my saved folder just fine.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled my printer.  I have rebooted my PC and router..nothing seems to work.  I am at my wits end.

Have you checked the Canon website for known issues? Are you able to copy with your printer? Is this only items downloaded from the internet or all printing? Have you tried a different browser.
