I’m having trouble to connect to my wireless Wi-Fi using WPS. Printer is HP colour LaserJet Pro MFP M180nw. When I first bought it it connected fine. Every time I disconnect it it was having difficulty auto connecting. Right now it only works via Ethernet. Does anyone had this issue before and solved it? Thanks

Hi @einchewon,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP color LaserJet Pro MFP M180nw  wireless network. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

Let's try resetting the printer and check once

1) Take out the cartridges.

2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.

3) Wait for 30 seconds.

4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not into a surge protector.

5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
