Stop referring me to the same pages. I already explained that those pages are not helping me. Are you not even reading my messages to you? Sending me to canned responses that I have already looked at is not getting us any closer to a solution. If you are not a robot, you will soon be replaced by one.

Once you login to your HP community account, you will see an envelope on the top right-hand side of the screen. If you click on that you will be able to access your private messages.

There is no envelope icon in the place that you have shown. I cannot click on something that is not there.

Can you check now. Looks like the private message option was disabled.

It seems as though it is still disabled. HP is failing here. So sad and disappointing.
