Android 9.0 Pie

got a new HP Tango wireless printer. Have the HP Smart app. Have the printer connected via Bluetooth to phone. But the pulsing blue lights don't stop pulsing. No menu comes up to enter network info on printer. I've tried turning everything in and off. Moving printer very close to router. 

Message says phone and printer are connected but can't print. Getting very despondent. Help please

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App. The HP Smart App needs to be connected wirelessly to the Printer.
