Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I cannot add my product as my problem is...

 

I have bought a new printer HP 2820e...which I am having lots of problems getting it to work.

One of my problems is getting HP to let me add it to the HP Support App.

To join the HP 24-f1027na pc I have

When I add the serial number it says already in another hp account. But I do not have another one! 

Can you help?

I could not fill in all the boxes as some didn't apply

Basically I have bought a new printer.

Wanted to add it to my hp support page next to my hp all in one pc. But when I add the serial number of the printer it says wrong account and can not add it

But I do not have another account

Can you help please?
