Hi,

I'm facing a similar issue. I've purchased the HP ENVY 6052 and I am unable to enter the printer claim code because the printer set up process claims the printer is offline. Please assist.

To assist better -

  1. What is the exact error message you receive?
  2. Were you able to enroll in the instant ink service?
  3. Is the printer connected to a home or public network?
  4. I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
