I have an Officejet 4650. I have already downloaded the full printer software, removed the printer, reinstalled it, many times. Nothing is working. I have also checked the printer and it is already updated to the current versions.

  1. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer or a Mac?
  2. How is the printer connected to your device Wifi or USB?
