I need to reset the printer to factory settings. I changed the administrator password and forgot it. Now I can't connect my device to a Wi-Fi network, I can't change the settings in the HP Smart program. HP Ink Tank Wireless 419

No it can be of no help.

Three things I want to tell you that

1. My printer has no pin or password written on any where in printer 

2. On the reset point there is no solution for hp ink tank wirless 419

3. To reset from EWS , there is asking for password which I dont know 

So kindly give other solution

Thanks for the clarification. Since the HP Ink Tank Wireless 419 does not have an option to reset the EWS password directly from the control panel, please try the following steps:

 

1. Restore Network Settings (Soft Reset)
This will clear the Wi-Fi configuration and allow you to set it up again:

Make sure the printer is powered on.

Press and hold the Wireless button (the one with the antenna icon) and the Cancel button (X) together for 3 seconds.

The Wireless light will start blinking – this means the network settings are restored to default.

Now try reconnecting the printer through the HP Smart app or Wi-Fi Direct.

 

2. Full Factory Reset (Restores EWS password too)
If the above does not help:

Power off the printer.

Press and hold Power + Wireless + Cancel (X) buttons together.

While holding the buttons, power on the printer and keep holding for about 15 seconds.

The printer should reset to factory defaults (including the EWS administrator password).

 

3. Reconnect to Wi-Fi

Open the HP Smart app on your phone or PC.

Add a new printer, and follow the guided steps to connect the 419 to your Wi-Fi network again.

Note: After the reset, the printer’s EWS password will be cleared, and you can set up a new one when you access the Embedded Web Server (EWS).

with all three options still i cannot enter ews.

its again asking for password and i giving user as admin and password to be left blank after that no log in.

kindly give some other options.
