HP Officejet 6700 Premium e-All-in-One Printer - H711n

Hi, printer worked fine when home wifi was XFinity via linksys router.  Recently changed to TMobile Home Internet gateway and printer will not connect.

Attempted set up wizard multiple times with no success.

TMobile gateway does not have a WPS button, thus am unable to use that alternate connection method.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Hi @kjboatright,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I understand that you are I’d like to help!

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Do you get an error message when trying to connect to the Wi-Fi?
Are you connecting the printer to a 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network?

What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?

How is the printer connected to USB or Wireless?
What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?

Meanwhile, follow the steps from this document here and see how it goes.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
