Product: HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS

We got a new router, now I can't connect to wifi. If i go through ios wifi settings, I see the printer (but not HP setup) and it asks for a password. Supposedly it's on the network config sheet, but it's not.

 

other instructions tell me to press the wifi button on the back, but it doesn't exist. The only wifi button is on a flat panel in the front and unresponsive.

 

if I try to add either a new or existing printer, HP Smart says they can't find any.

 

getting frustrated.
