Product: Color LaserJet M553
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina
Printer has started saying Disk Full and then i've restarted dozens of times - sometimes it says it's processing and then the pop-up box tells me that it's offline - any tips? can't find this error message anyway on HP.com. thank you!

If you are using job storage it is possible that you have filled all the space on the disk. Or you may have a defective disk.
