HP ENVY 4502 PRINTER

This is really pissing me off.  My printer Envy 4500 printer broke just like that, to wit this printer in register with instant ink. The cartridge is 61 so I looked for another printer that takes the same cartridge 61. But when I put the ink in it states not indicated for said (new) printer and I cannot complete the replacement on my instant ink account because I cannot complete the printer setup for I am stuck at the ink cartridge is missing.  Does anyone know how I can get printer online so I can complete the registration.  I'M NOT BUYING MORE INK THATS THE BS THAT IS PISSING ME OFF

I understand you are not able to print.

 

To assist you better, is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink?

Are you using Instant Ink cartridges?

What is the exact error message?

 

To assist you better, we would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
