Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Another group of troubleshooters wants to reinstall Windows 11 again. Since I put the desktop online, the printer has not printed correctly from the new computer. The machine prints on both sides of the paper and in color. The printer performs wirelessly and flawlessly from the older computer but does not print correctly from the new computer. The HP Technical Repair Team has been working on this for about eight hours with no solution.

I want my printer working OK as soon as possible.
