Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

My OfficeJet Pro wont print and is asking to Close Tray 2. Tray is closed but I noticed one of my users has broken off one of the two long prongs on the back of the paper tray so possibly thats why its not being recognised as closed. Is it possible to purchase a replacement Tray 2? Can't find any part numbers...

1MR66-40004 I've found on the bottom but google search is coming up empty
