Hi @mohanpadmaraj ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are trying to reset the Embedded Web Server (EWS) username and password on your HP Ink Tank Wireless 415, you will need to perform a factory reset. This process will restore all settings, including the EWS credentials, to their default state. Follow these steps:

Method 1: Reset via Printer Control Panel

Turn off the Printer:

  • Make sure the printer is powered off.

Enter Reset Mode:

  • Press and hold the Power button.
  • While holding the Power button, press the Cancel button 3 times, then press the Wireless button 3 times.
  • Release the Power button.

Wait for Reset:

  • The printer should restart and reset its settings to factory defaults.

Method 2: Reset via HP Smart App

If you can still access the printer through the HP Smart App:

  1. Open the HP Smart App.
  2. Select your printer.
  3. Go to Advanced Settings or EWS (if accessible).
  4. Look for Restore Factory Settings or Reset Defaults.
  5. Confirm the reset.

After Reset

  • The EWS credentials will return to their default:
    • Username: Leave this blank.
    • Password: Leave this blank or use the PIN printed on the printer label (often located on the back or inside the ink door).

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
