Hi @mohanpadmaraj ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are trying to reset the Embedded Web Server (EWS) username and password on your HP Ink Tank Wireless 415, you will need to perform a factory reset. This process will restore all settings, including the EWS credentials, to their default state. Follow these steps:
Method 1: Reset via Printer Control Panel
Turn off the Printer:
- Make sure the printer is powered off.
Enter Reset Mode:
- Press and hold the Power button.
- While holding the Power button, press the Cancel button 3 times, then press the Wireless button 3 times.
- Release the Power button.
Wait for Reset:
- The printer should restart and reset its settings to factory defaults.
Method 2: Reset via HP Smart App
If you can still access the printer through the HP Smart App:
- Open the HP Smart App.
- Select your printer.
- Go to Advanced Settings or EWS (if accessible).
- Look for Restore Factory Settings or Reset Defaults.
- Confirm the reset.
After Reset
- The EWS credentials will return to their default:
- Username: Leave this blank.
- Password: Leave this blank or use the PIN printed on the printer label (often located on the back or inside the ink door).
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
