Hi!

 

I use my printer on a public WiFi network, so I changed the default EWS password to protect it from unauthorized access. Unfortunately, I’ve forgotten the password and need to reset it.

 

I tried pressing and holding the Wireless and Cancel buttons on the printer's control panel for three seconds, but this only resets the WiFi settings, not the EWS password.

 

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

reset process is very critical it might brick the printer if not done correctly.
