I recently moved apartments and therefore have a new wifi network. Moving my printer and trying to set it up is absolute chaos.... I do not have access to the wifi my printer was recently hooked up too, how do I get it to now connect to my new one? I’ve been looking to do a factory reset but nothing online is helpful. Is anyone able to help me get my printer to connect to my new wifi? Without it having access to any other network? 

they do not make this easy!

@Alali20, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

To reconfigure the printer, follow the steps from the document HP Printers - No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change.

 

Additionally, refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for help.

 

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
