To whom it may concern,

I am trying to restore my printer to factory defaults.  However, I am unable to do so because I receive the following error:  This printer is enrolled or tying to enroll in We Services or HP Instant Ink.  To ensure continued uninterruption service, the Printer Update settings are locked.

 

Could you please unlock the settings so that I can set my printer up?
