Product: HP Smart Tank 519 Wireless All-in-One

Hello.
I am trying to access EWS.

However I have forgotten the password so I need to either retrieve it or reset it. I

have tried to reset network settings and leaving the password blank. These methods  had no effect on the EWS password.
Could you help me either retrieve it or reset it thank you

I have a smart tank 519
