We just bought a HP Color LaserJet Pro FMP 4303FWD

we powered up set it up, manually set my IP, SNMP community and set names, asset tags, netowkr scan locations etc. I installed it on my printer server (WS2022) and LibreNMS for monitoring. This worked fine.

Updated the Firmware to 6.17.3.269-202405221647 then LibreNMS reads as offline but i can print and my print server which has the port snmp set to the correct name seems to work as it says ready.

 

If i run a scan for snmp on my network i see all other configured printers except this one and i will only see it after a full reset.

once the IP is set to the static with the correct IP snmp stop responding to scans and libre nms,

Factory reset did not help it seems to break on editing the network settings.

Printing seems to be delayed so ill disable the SNMP option on the port and await a another FW update to see if it resolves the issue.

 

Please close as there is no downgrade option for firmware.
