Common problems for Connectivity Issues

Good morning, I'm having a major problem with the Samsung ProXpress C4060FX. I turn on the printer and the display shows these images. For about 10 minutes, the printer says "load, load, then turn off." After another 5 minutes, the printer starts all over again, and it won't turn on anymore. This all happened when I tried to refill the toner with new powder and a new chip, and the display showed the error C2-4515. Toner not compatible with the desired country. Thank

The chip appears to be for the wrong region hence that error.

The system does not start It is very possible that the system is corrupted and you may need to perform a recovery. Worst case, the hard drive is failing and you will need to replace the drive and the  perform a recovery.

To narrow down I suggest that you power off the device, remove the toner and then power on and see of you get the same behavior with no toner installed.  If you do, I would suspect system corruption but it is more likely coincidence than something caused by the toner.

Hi, I tried removing the toner but still have the same problem. Unfortunately, I'm not very computer savvy, and I don't know how to recover it when the printer won't turn on. I think it'll end up in a landfill. Anyway, thanks Riparatoreatroper for the reply.
