Hi

I can't figure out what we need to do in our printer/scanner.

When we try to scan from printer to mail, this shows up:

Username or password is incorrect. Make sure both user account and password are valid

what do i do from here?

 

our printer is: HP Color LaserJet Pro M478f-9f
