Most of the times that i try to scan using the tray to put the papper it gives an error "Problema no Scanner: Foi detetado um problema no scanner. Reinicie a impressora..."
The translation is "Problem in the scanner: There was a problem in the scanner. Rebot the printer to ...."
Its always happening the same. When i scan using the HP smart it takes one or two pappers until it gets the error. I also used another computer to check if it was a problem of the computer (it gave the same error). I restarted the printer, I tried "HP Print and Scan" it says that i have to do an update in the software and when i press the button to obtain it, the webpage is not found.
