Scan to Email not allowed

Hello experts, I use the following printer:
Laserjet Pro MFP M428fdw
Switzerland localization
Serial-Number: [Personal Information Removed]
Product Number: W1A30A
I've made all the configuration for Scan to Email,
tests are succesful, but if I try to use the Scan to EMail
function on the printers Touch-Screen Panel,
the following message appears:
"Zur Nutzung der Funktion zunächst anmelden" (german)
"Using only with login allowed" (my translation)
Where can I configure this login on the printer.

Can you change the printer language to English, take a picture of the message you get on the screen, and post it here?

The message in english on the printers screen could be,  "To use the function, first log in", I think this is very strange, I can send test messages by EMail, currently I'am not at the printers location  ... once again, where can I configure this login on the printer?
