This is my father's old printer...

I have downloaded the latest software, drivers, and firmware from HP.  I am able to print wirelessly and have enabled web services through the printer's IP interface.  I am unable to get the "info sheet" to print from the IP interface though.  I have tried to print the info sheet from the touchscreen menu on the printer but it will never connect.  None of the options (accessed via the touchscreen on the printer) will connect.  It spins and spins saying "connecting" but always times out and days there is no connection.

I have tried changing the DNS to Google's but nothing seems to help.

Are you trying to setup scan to email? To which device is your Printer connected to?

None of these solutions has resolved my issue.  Web services will not enable on the printer itself or through the printer's web portal.

We'll have to perform a reset on the Printer for this. I have sent you a private message, for more details that cannot be shared in a public post.
