Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

when trying to scan to email on my HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281FDW, I receive the following error message:

 

Username or Password is incorrect.

Ensure both user account and password are valid.

 

I use the printer on a wireless network.
