I am using two laptops and both are unable to keep a connection with my hp envy printer.  I am seeing offline or printer needs attention. I can choose my printer but I will get a printer error.  My docs stay in the queue.  I am not a computer person.😳  I cannot switch from the internet to print. It has to be one or the other.  Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes I get a security key prompt. I need a security key for my printer and also my wifi. How do I find this?  Thank you. I am too old for this!
