Hi, I’m facing multiple issues with my HP Smart Tank 530 printer:
- The printer is showing as “offline” when I try to print wirelessly from my laptop, even though the blue wireless light is on.
- The touchscreen is completely unresponsive — it doesn’t respond to any touch commands, making it difficult to navigate or troubleshoot.
- Despite having black ink in the cartridge, the prints come out in pink. This issue persists even with regular printing.
The Xerox/photocopy function works when I place a paper manually, so the printer is turning on and responding to that command.
I’ve checked my Wi-Fi and basic connections — everything appears fine from my side. I’d appreciate assistance on resolving these issues or next steps for servicing.

1. You may need to do a Ink Flushing option with buttons in the printer.

- After that operation you can check and send a document to print.
2. If the printer is still with error you may need to contact a Service Center to send printer to repair.
