Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

Hi, I’m facing multiple issues with my HP Smart Tank 530 printer:

  1. The printer is showing as “offline” when I try to print wirelessly from my laptop, even though the blue wireless light is on.
  2. The touchscreen is completely unresponsive — it doesn’t respond to any touch commands, making it difficult to navigate or troubleshoot.
  3. Despite having black ink in the cartridge, the prints come out in pink. This issue persists even with regular printing.

The Xerox/photocopy function works when I place a paper manually, so the printer is turning on and responding to that command.

I’ve checked my Wi-Fi and basic connections — everything appears fine from my side. I’d appreciate assistance on resolving these issues or next steps for servicing.

Hi @Riya03

1. You may need to do a Ink Flushing option with buttons in the printer.

2. If the printer is still with error you may need to contact a Service Center to send printer to repair.
