Hi, 

im connecting my family member’s to our HP printer. 
I downloaded the HP Smart app on their devices. Does each needs a separate individual HP account or should they all sign into my HP account?

Hi,

Please clarify your printer model, different models are provided with different capabilities and therefore the steps varies.

 

Some printers may support HP Print Anywhere and need to be shared with the user's HP account, some does not support a such so you may login the same account or create an account for different users, as you prefer, it have no real difference then..
