Hiya.... I'm struggling to get my router to connect to my printer. 

 

I've downloaded the HPSmart app from 123.hp.com. 

 

From the app and computer I'm unable to connect the printer!  Can the community help?

The question needs to be refined. For example, "plug the router into a wall socket" is a joke answer among tech support but is one valid solution to the question as posed. The question needs to help isolate the problem to your computer, the printer, the router, or some other problem. It is extremely helpful to convey a recipe others may use to duplicate or visualize your problem in detail.  Good luck.
