Officejet Pro 6978. Changed router. Setup wizard error says: "This feature has been locked by person who set up the printer." How do I unlock it?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

You may need to reset the printer to factory settings. The reset instructions are printer specific and cannot be shared in public.
