Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-in-One Printer

I am trying to use a shortcut, but I get the error "The printer was unable to connect to the server. Please try again later" before the list of shortcuts pops up. I saw someone recommend changing the DNS server to 8.8.8.8, but that didn't help. I've reset the network settings and reconnected to the wifi, and the wifi connection is good.

Just wanted to let you know you're not alone. Multiple calls with HP Support so far and nothing has been resolved.

HP has responded on a different thread:

The issue has been reproduced and is being investigated,  We will update you as soon as it's resolved. 

Thanks for your patience and your attention.

I work on behalf of HP.

Hopefully we'll have a resolution soon!
