Signing into hp smart app on iphone

Hello. 

I am trying to access the hp smart print app on my iPhone XR; however it will not let me sign in. I have removed the app and reinstalled it and still gives me the same outcome.

I have the updated iOS on my phone. 
Please Assist.

Do you have any other device with you where in you can try installing the App to check if it's a phone or a Printer issue?

 

Meanwhile, restart your phone, Printer and router and try connecting it.
