You're much welcome @CLManuel, great to see the problem is now resolved.

 

Assuming the ink cartridge is withing its limited warranty period and not low or out of warranty, you may return with the cartridge to the point of purchase and send the cartridge for inspection by HP, it might be replaced by its limited warranty:
