I just installed the HP Envy 6055e all in one printer. I am using Windows 7 64 bit. It takes over 6 minutes to print a 5x7 black and white script on a letter size piece of paper. What is wrong?

While resetting the printer DID in fact fix the problem, sadly I got the answer on Youtube as I got no help from the HP website. The virtual assistant is a total joke and I could not find anything on the HP website even remotely associated to my problem. The website just runs you around in circles and is ridiculous to navigate. Shame as I have bought and used HP products for years. This printer took me 4 times to install and then needed a "fix" immediately. Four hours in total. I won't be recommending this one, sorry.
