Smart Tank 6001 Networking Capabilities Not Available

Can not connect the printer Smart Tank 6001 to my PC or Phone. Message is " You can not use the device's built-in networking capabilities because these capabilities were disabled when the device was set up."

Get the latest HP App from the microsoft store

if that does not work then you need to reset the Wi-Fi

This is useful if you cannot access the router or the router is using VPN and the printer is blocked.

Hi BeemerBiker,

Thank you for your response. I tried resetting the printer... but still not able to "see" the printer on my phone (HP App).

I print the HP Network Configuration Page

It says:

"Networking Capabilities are Not Available

You can not use the device's built-in networking capabilities because these capabilities were disabled when the device was set up. For more information, contact your network administrator or the person who set up the device."

My other question is resetting to factory defaults should reset the network?
