HP Smart Tank 7005 All-in-One

Hi everyone,

I'm using this Smart Tank 7000 printer since 2yrs now and all in I'm happy with that, but I've never figured out why I can't upgrade the firmware.

The printer is wi-fi connected. I manage the settings via its ews server, so it's at least connected to the LAN (I print using wifi, I can see it from the router too, so I'm 100% sure it's connected the the wifi LAN). No proxy is active (I don't use it). Only IPv4 is active (I don't use IPv6). The gateway is correct (my router IP) and the DNS is 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (google DNS).

I can't let the printer see the internet. When I go to "web services" it shows "system error - check your network". Then I go to "restore web services". It gets restored, but the internet is still unreachable.

I have no blocks on the router, no limit usage or chlidren locks... or anything else.

There's a new firmware I'd like to download to solve (hopefully) a problem I'm facing with the duplex (it prints only flipped, but there's another topic for that).

Thank you for the support.
