Re-register your printer to Bonjour Service. To do this login to your HP Embedded Web Server (EWS) and go to Networking Tab > Network Identification. In BONJOUR SERVICE NAME, rename the existing Bonjour Service Name to a new name which will appear whenever an AirPrint Printer is found. In my case, my printer needs to be directly connected to my main router and not on an Access Point for the printer to be always visible.
