Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I have a envy 4250 all in one printer. I can print from my Iphone with no problem. When I try to print from my Lenovo yoga 2in1, it will print once or twice , than it will say printer needs attention. I check and it says printer is off line  . I check and printer is in fact on line. I have tried everything that HP instructed me to preform, it will print sometimes but more than not it doesn't. Confused why it prints with my Iphone always , not always with Lenovo Yoga laptop. HELP!
