Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

I want to know if Sonicwall Network Firewall Security is legitimate. I was supposedly talking with HP Support and they said I needed this product to fix the problem of not being able to connect my upstairs computer with my downstairs printer. They said that my computer had been hacked and showed me information that looked like it was true. They said the 2 year option would cost $429.99. I have not been able to find a phone number on the HP site to be sure that I am actually talking with an HP Support person.
