A little history: I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e (purchased 10/2021), an HP DesignJet T530 24-in Printer (purchased 8/2020), and the HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e (purchase 1/2025). The 9130e was a replacement purchase because I had connection issues with the 9025e (only the 9025e, not the DesignJet T530). I would get messages on the printer screen and the HP Smart program stating a network connection error. I would immediately ping the printer; four packets were sent, four were received, and there were no losses. All printer software is up to date, including the firmware. All Windows software is up to date on my Win10 and Win11 computers. Nothing has changed in my home network at all. Now, for the new HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e, there are no error messages on the printer screen. I see on the HP Smart program that the printer is offline, and the printer screen is frozen, so you have to unplug it to reboot it. Pressing the power button doesn't do anything. So, the original problem still exists. I would say I didn't need to buy a new printer. Either way, does anyone have any ideas about what is happening? Thanks
