Still waiting on customer service

Ok I really mad now. After my last post I got an email requesting my number for someone from customer service to call me. I sent back a response for with a time and I have yet to receive that call. Can some one call me now please. It’s the beginning of another school week and I got things to print. C’mon hP this s is getting stink now. The printer is good just need the thing to connect to web services.

And you all don’t send no email bout try the trouble shooting methods on the website because I tried all multiple time. I just need to talk to someone to get this fixed NOW!!!
