Hi @RAA0116,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

A continuously blinking blue light on your HP printer typically indicates that the printer is trying to establish a wireless connection. The steps below should help resolve the issue:

Wait for the Connection to Establish: It may take a few minutes for the printer to establish a connection with the wireless network. If the light continues to blink and no connection is established, proceed to the next steps.

Check Network Issues and Setup Requirements:

  • Ensure that the printer and the computer or mobile device are within the range of the Wi-Fi router.

  • Verify that the printer's wireless signal is on and that it is connected to the same network as your computer or mobile device. If the wireless light continues to blink or is off, the printer may not be connected.

Reconnect the Printer to the Network:

  • Printers with a Touchscreen: Access the Setup, Network, or Wireless settings menu and select the Wireless Setup Wizard. Follow the instructions to select the network name and enter the password.

  • Printers without a Touchscreen: Press and hold the Wireless button on the printer for about five seconds until the wireless light starts to flash. Within two minutes, press and hold the WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) button on your router until the connection process begins. The wireless light should stop blinking when the connection is complete.

Restart Your Devices: Restart the printer and your computer or mobile device to clear any possible error conditions.

Print a Wireless Test Report: Consult the HP Customer Support website for your specific printer model to find out how to print and evaluate a Wireless Test Report. This can provide additional insights into connection issues.

Enable Bluetooth for HP Smart App Setup: If using the HP Smart app for setup, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your computer or mobile device.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.
