Have new WiFi service (Netgear) & cannot get my Tango to connect or be recognized!! Bluetooth devices show printer, but keep saying I need an app...I have HpSmart app..  So frustrated...all other devices hooked to new network in 2 minutes....Thank You for any guidance

To assist better -

  1. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone? 
  2. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  3. I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
