Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer
My printer was saying offline and I tried everything to no avail.   Went to HP website and did a chat. Got a phone call and I was assured I was speaking to HP.
Gave access to my computer and problem was solved but was told I had to pay $200 for 1 year of continued support.  Fee was paid to WHS Technology and was told to call if I need any further assistance.
Was this actually HP or was I scammed?
