Example: HP ENVY Pro 6455
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Text from my computer Word processor won't format correctly when printed, even after I check all the Printer  settings.  The text which should fill a complete page is reduced by about a fourth and shifted to the left hand margin.

@tonnieberry, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

  • Are you trying to print a Word document?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
  • Try making a standalone copy and check if that prints fine. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

If the issue is only with the Word application, try to repair MS Office or reinstall the app.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
