Hi @Ace-60,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I am sorry to hear that your HP DeskJet 4152e printer is not connecting to your Wi-Fi network due to an incorrect password, I would request you to please follow the steps:

Confirm Wi-Fi Password

  • Double-check the password you’re entering.
  • It’s case-sensitive (capital vs lowercase matters).
  • Spaces, special characters, or trailing spaces can cause errors.
  • Try connecting another device (like your phone) to the same Wi-Fi to confirm the password works.

Reset Printer’s Network Settings

  • On the printer, press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons together for about 5 seconds.
  • This resets the printer’s Wi-Fi settings and makes it ready for a fresh setup.

Adjust Settings in the HP App:

  • Open the HP app on your device.
  • Navigate to the settings area where you can update the wireless password.
  • Enter the correct password found on your router.

Restart Setup Process:

  • If the HP app continues to show the incorrect password, restart your computer, tablet, or mobile device.
  • Re-initiate the printer setup process via the HP app.

Final Checks

  • Make sure your router is broadcasting on 2.4 GHz (the DeskJet 4152e doesn’t support 5 GHz).
  • If you changed your Wi-Fi password recently, update it in the HP Smart app and printer setup.

Take care and have an amazing day!
