Hi @Toplicanin3,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 is only connecting via USB but not wirelessly, here are some steps to troubleshoot the wireless connection.

Check Network Connection:

  • Make sure your printer and computer are on the same Wi-Fi network. Check the network name on your printer's display.

Restart Devices:

  • Power cycle your printer, router, and computer. Turn them off, wait a minute, and then turn them back on.

Reset Network Settings:

  • On the printer, go to Settings > Network Setup > Restore Network Defaults. This will reset the wireless settings.

Reconnect to Wi-Fi:

  • After resetting, go to Settings > Wireless > Wireless Setup Wizard on the printer. Follow the prompts to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Ensure your printer firmware is up to date. You can check for updates through the HP Smart app or on the HP website.

Firewall/Security Settings:

  • Sometimes, firewall or security settings on your router can block the printer. Check these settings to ensure they aren't interfering.

Reinstall the Printer:

  • On your computer, remove the printer from your devices list and then add it again using the wireless option.

Check for IP Address Conflict:

  • Ensure that there are no IP address conflicts. You can assign a static IP address to the printer through the router settings.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
