Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just go to SETTINGS on the printer itself and delete Web Services and start over again.


Sounds bad at first, but if Web Services is not working, that's the way to fix it: start over.

 

It's pretty easy once you find it. In a few minutes you'll be connected. It will send your email (which you will have to enter) a PIN number and just enter that and you are done!
